In the last four years, I have been deep in transformation through challenge, trauma and many blessings, as the world herself has been and continues to transform. It has been and continues to be a lifelong journey and I (  ) have allowed myself to be turned to mush in a whole new way. I have had fear consume me, I have faced pain, grief and challenges over and over again. I have marvelled at the beauty of nature and been grateful for the love and restoration that is offered for us all. In awe of the magic that we are a part of and surrounded by – when we open our eyes to see. 

Having been a part of a worldwide Dream Weaving Community for two years where I showed up daily for myself and my dreams has really enabled me to release many layers and honed me into a whole new authentic, more courageous, kinder, more graceful and deeper loving human. 

Self care has been essential and I have learnt to receive it more fully than ever before and embodying the truth – that giving from on overflowing cup is really where I can be at my best. I am so grateful for my soul family, friends and therapists that have walked beside me and supported me.

You know who you are and my heart is so full 

 I continue to delve deeper into myself, currently supported by the Gene Keys and ongoing by many spiritual teachers and friends. 

A new book has begun in my life and as I feel more vitality creeping back in to my BEing – I know it is time to BE of service again. 

Emerging from the cocoon – ready to take flight. Albeit it gently at first. 

 I am excited to Be offering a few hours a week of service at Cocoon Acupuncture Clinic in Traralgon. I have been quietly supporting there in the last year and feeling so grateful for all that I have received and been able to offer. It is such a light filled space with loving, kind, wonderful and talented therapists all offering their unique wisdom and healing magic.

 During this time, I have continued to participate in many courses and workshops- life being the biggest and most powerful one of all . It has been my pleasure to have been able to assist via Zoom in supporting others during this transformative time also and have received incredible physical and emotional healing myself whilst becoming certified in Crystalline Soul Healing by Jamye Price which I have now been offering and receiving for the last year. 

I’m so excited to announce that I am available from Cocoon Clinic 134 Princes Street Traralgon on Thursday afternoons initially from 2pm onwards for Bowen Therapy infused with Crystalline Soul Healing/ Reiki and Seichem. I will also be continuing to offer Alchemical Transformation and Holistic Counselling here and also via Zoom.
